Old Love Songs

Valentine’s day is full of getting candy hearts, picking out flowers, spending time with the ones we love, and listening to music. There are plenty of modern love songs everyone knows of, but we seem to forget about music from years ago. This list introduces five recommended songs from five different decades perfect for Valentine’s Day.

90’s- “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston

80’s- “Valentine’s Day” by Bruce Springsteen

70’s- “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green

60’s- “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” by Frankie Valli

50’s- “I Only Have Eyes For You” by The Flamingos

It’s easy to get caught up in all the modern music, but sometimes it’s good to give something old a chance. There are many songs that are worth listening to throughout the 50s-90s, which I’m sure your grandparents and parents know plenty more!

Omg yesss!! The oldies are definitely on top!! People really need to give the older music a chance. I mean, soon enough, all of the songs that we listen to on a daily basis will be considered old!
