I am scared for the end of the first quarter cram. I feel so overwhelmed with schoolwork and am constantly worrying about my grades for my report card. The first quarter is a lot for everyone, so you are not alone. If you feel too stressed about your grades, talk to your teachers, your school counselor, or your parents. Make sure to prioritize your health while also pushing yourself for your schoolwork. If you want to see better grades, make time to speak with your teachers and ask them if there is anything you can do to increase your score. I would start with a checklist—simple but very effective! Break it down into smaller tasks that you have to do, and complete the easier ones first to motivate yourself. Seeing progress on paper can give you that extra boost to push through the more cumbersome tasks. Make sure you have a schedule in place to complete your homework and utilize any study sessions if you have them! You want a nice, quiet space to focus on your academics and take breaks every 25-30 minutes. I understand Halloween is around the corner, too. You can use that as motivation to get your work done!
