Class of 2025 Student Council Bios

Below is information about the Class of 2025 Student Council candidates, submitted by each candidate.

Candidate 1: Adrianna DaRosa
Strengthening Senior Year[email protected]

Leadership Experience:
– Class Officer (9,10,11)
– McAuley Ambassador (10,11)
– Elected VP of regional StuCo Board for ‘24-‘25

Skills:
– I have led leadership and communication workshops at regional conferences.
– I communicate well with my other officers in order to do what is best for the class.
– I am very involved at Feehan so I understand the needs of many people from different groups. Goals If Elected:
– I want to make sure our skit and homecoming week are well planned and organized.
– I want to work with Feehan Fanatics and make sure our spirit is at a high for senior year.
– I want to make sure the council reaches out to the class a lot to get ideas on what people want.

Why I Want to Serve:
I want to serve on student council to continue to bond our class together as a community. I also want to make sure we all communicate and compromise to make senior year great! Overall, just improving our events and making them even more special this year.

– responsible, reliable planner who stays on top of things
– hardworking leader who is dedicated to Student Council
– compassionate listener who values all opinions

Goals If Elected:
– grow and expand Student Council events to more people
– run fun & effective senior year events (hoco, prom, end of year events)
– respond to the feedback of our class & the student body

Why I Want to Serve:
I would like to be a member of student council to continue my work in serving, giving back to, and leading the Feehan community. This is especially important with the many events we will be having in senior year. I have grown to love student council during my three years as part of it, and I would like to continue serving on it, including on student council leadership. I would not have expected to be here entering Feehan, so I am grateful for the experience and would like to continue for one last year.

-Establish a good, fun, and action packed plan for our senior and ensure it runs smoothly

I believe I can use my expertise to benefit the school as a whole as well as ensuring the senior body has a great last year.

-American Legion Boys’ State nominee Skills:
-I am involved in a number of various groups at Feehan which gives me a unique ability to connect with just about anyone.
-I like getting feedback from people on different things which help us as Student Council Members to better run events in the future
-I enjoy taking charge of situations in order to accomplish our goal

Goals If Elected:
-Make our senior year run as smoothly as possible
-Help to run Student Council Events such as Powderpuff, Homecoming, and the newly instituted Corn hole tournament

Why I Want to Serve:
I want to serve on Student Council because I have enjoyed my time on it thus far and I want to continue making a difference in our school. We all have so many different talents and perspectives to offer and Student Council allows for an avenue that helps to blend everyone’s strengths into one that makes our school the best it can be.

Why I Want to Serve:
I would like to serve on student council because I want to continue to grow and develop my leadership and communication skills through working with other student council members to plan events and also through attending SEMASC conferences. It is important to me to be a part of something like student council where I can help make a difference in our school community. I have also really enjoyed being a part of student council for the past two years and I would like to continue to be involved in it my senior year. I want to contribute to creating a fun and successful senior year and help to end our high school experience on a positive note.

– Approachability
– Hard working

Goals If Elected:
– Continue/increase outside school events (ex. Dodgeball tournament)
– Community service projects
– Make sure homerooms get student council updates

Why I Want to Serve:
I love organizing events that involve the student body in the school, like hall decorating and Cornhole tournaments. Organizing fun activities to get students more involved and raise money for dances makes me feel more part of the school. Continuing my work with the council last year will make our senior year fun and involving. I am also excited to host a Southeastern Massachusetts Association of Student Councils conference at Feehan in the winter.
