The Gospel according to Matthew was brought to life through song dance and a brilliant display of color. All from the sets to the costumes, the spring musical did not disappoint. Although some may be biased, some who originally thought this musical may be different than others done in the past, it was groundbreaking as being the first time we’ve done Godspell at Bishop Feehan. The actors worked so hard in order to create such a fun experience for the audience, especially with audience participation. Yet this hard work cannot have been done without the help of our faculty, Mr Ledoux, Mrs, Seals, and Ms. Roche. Who worked so hard on the show as a whole. After the success of the  fall play, Romeo and Juliet, the theatre department had to work extra hard on the spring production to meet the high standard that had been set. Senior Giovanni Cadet, brought new life to the stage as he portrayed Jesus in this musical, and received much love and support from the audience. His work doesn’t stop there, he will be attending college in Wagner for musical theatre! Additionally other seniors such as Maia Kraskouskas and Karoline Brechter will also be attending college for music theater and showcasing their amazing talent! The Bishop Feehan theatre and music departments have outdone themselves yet again. The cast is such a close knit family and it’s been hard with no more rehearsals but they look forward to what the next year will bring in the theatre department.
