– Teaching CCD: I taught a 6th grade CCD class this year.
– HOBY Leadership Seminar: I will be attending the HOBY Leadership Seminar this June where I will increase my leadership experience even further.
Skills:
– Outgoing: I am comfortable talking to large groups of people and taking leadership when necessary.
– Good listener: I listen to the opinions of others, and I consider them when making decisions that will affect them.
– Take constructive criticism: I appreciate the others’ criticism because I can use it to make what was being criticized better in the future.
Goals:
– That everyone has a memorable junior year
– That the Class of 2027 can learn more about one another and create new friendships through the student-council run events
– That the ideas of my classmates are heard and taken into consideration when planing events
Why I want to serve:
– I want to serve on student council because I have new ideas to offer. I want to help make the fun activities at Feehan possible. Student council plays a big role in the memorable parts of high school, and I want to help everyone in the class of 2027 to have a memory of how amazing their junior year was.

– Film small snippets of each student council meeting to be posted on the stuco social media to educate students on what their council actually does for them
– Bishop Feehan High School field day to raise excitement and fun for the student body
Why I want to serve:
– I would like to serve on the Bishop Feehan Student Council for a third year to ensure that the voices of my fellow students are heard. I will be an advocate for each and every one of my peers no matter who they are. People may have opinions that are different, but without it, the success of the student council would be unsatisfactory. Therefore no student’s ideas will be shut down if I am elected. Expanding the student council’s horizons to accommodate each student is the solution to a flawed council. My main goal is to work with the class of 2027 to leave a positive and lasting impact on our school. Go Shamrocks!
